For support, billing questions, bug reports, or feature requests, use one of the channels below.
Bug Reports & Support Guidelines
To help us serve you faster, please include the following when reporting issues:
- Steps to reproduce — What were you doing when the issue occurred?
- Expected vs actual behavior — What did you expect, and what happened instead?
- Odoo version — Which Odoo version and edition (Community/Enterprise) are you working with?
- Uploaded file type — ZIP, manifest paste, or error traceback?
- Screenshot or error message — A picture or copy of the error helps tremendously.
Billing Support
For billing-related inquiries (upgrades, downgrades, refunds, invoices), please include:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date and plan type
- Any relevant subscription or order ID from Lemon Squeezy
Security Reports
If you discover a security vulnerability, report it confidentially. Please include:
- Detailed steps to reproduce the vulnerability
- Affected endpoints or components
- Any relevant environment details
Security reports are prioritized and we aim to respond within 48 hours.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Security reports receive priority handling.
