Annual paid plans (Pro, Team, Agency) are eligible for a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund.1. General Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual Pro ($9.99/yr), Team ($49.99/yr), and Agency ($149/yr) subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Eligibility
- Refunds are available for first-time purchases only — not for subscription renewals.
- The 14-day period begins on the date of the initial payment.
- Refund requests received after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Free plan users are not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit our Contact page and include:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date and plan type
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
We process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
4. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid plan, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period downgrades.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your account. Please reach out to us before filing a dispute — we're happy to help resolve any issues.
