How Billing Works
Billing is handled through Lemon Squeezy. When you upgrade, you are redirected to a secure checkout page. After payment completes, your plan is upgraded automatically via webhook — no manual activation required.
Odoo Doctor never receives, stores, or processes your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy.
Quota Reset
All monthly quotas reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused quotas do not roll over to the next month.
Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new quotas and features are available right away.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid features remain active until then.

Enterprise Field Lookup
Searching Odoo Enterprise source code via the Field Validator requires a Pro, Team, or Agency plan. Community edition searches are available on all plans, including Free.
